What it means to be a Skolar Ng Bayan?

Our charity projects envision to give free computer best quality education to less fortunate children in the locality of Bato, neighboring towns of Matalom and Hilongos, Leyte. Basically the beneficiaries come from the low-income family most of the parents cannot send their kids to college and even cannot completely finance high school of their children due to extreme poverty. Starting at age 10, we accept the children to start training in our center, learning basic keyboarding and related stuffs. The parents have nothing to worry about because everything is made free. After a series of modules for preliminary skills, more follow ups training are given until the Skolar Ng Bayan has learned enough. Self-sufficiency is the main target of our projects. Our learners can be employed locally because our modules are based on job market demand, or the things they acquired is useful for college, or a successful learner may open his own computer shop or personal services because our charity will give everything to our learners the skills necessary for personal business. Our charity will give what is best for the less fortunate children. Since all are given free and in its best, I expect the children will do the same give their best also during training. As Skolar Ng Bayan, he/she has more to gain than to loose.

We usually have a welcome photo, a show of love and concern to our learners beyond compare. An old collection of graphics I created worth to remember. I spent hours to come up a design that would represent my utmost desire to help the kids uplift their lives. A design that comes from the heart telling the whole world of our deepest love to humanity.

Skolar Ng Bayan (beneficiaries of our charity) from different parts of Bato, Matalom and Hilongos Leyte. They are coming from Barangay Ponong, Cebuana, Anahawan, Dolho, Alejos, Combado, Tinago and Zaragosa (Matalom) and Tugepa (Hilongos).
